Physical Therapy gets you back to what you love
Serving West Los Angeles & Santa Monica. One-on-one care focused on getting you out of pain and back to activity

Physical Therapy That Actually Fixes the Problem
Most people don’t need more exercises—they need the right diagnosis and a clear plan.
At Noor Physical Therapy, every session is one-on-one and built around you. We focus on identifying the root cause of your pain, not just treating symptoms, so you can move better, feel better, and get back to what you enjoy.
Treatment is built around movements that actually matter to you—whether that’s running, lifting, or getting through your day without pain. Exercises are selected to reflect your specific limitations and goals, then scaled to a level your body can tolerate and progressively advanced as you improve.
The goal isn’t just short-term relief—it’s building strength, control, and confidence so your pain doesn’t keep coming back.
